All scores, grades, yield estimates, AI-generated summaries and deal calculator outputs are for informational purposes only.

Data coverage is limited to England and Wales unless otherwise stated. Scotland and Northern Ireland are not supported for price and EPC data.
YieldIQ offers the following paid tiers:
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to subscribers. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Single reports are non-refundable once accessed. For Pro subscriptions, if you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your first subscription period, contact us at support@yieldiq.co.uk and we will consider a refund at our discretion. No refunds are available for subsequent billing periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree not to share your account or use YieldIQ for any unlawful purpose.
You own any data you input into YieldIQ. We do not claim ownership of your search history, watchlist or personal information.
The YieldIQ composite scoring methodology, UI, branding and original written content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, scrape or redistribute YieldIQ data or scores in a commercial context without written permission.
YieldIQ is a data aggregation and analysis tool. All content, scores, grades, yield estimates, deal calculator outputs, AI-generated summaries, regeneration signals, crime data, EPC data and any other information provided by this service is for informational and educational purposes only.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance or in circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of YieldIQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
